Step 1. Use BlackBerry Link to back up your BlackBerry first.
Before everything, you need to notice that your BlackBerry needs to be backed up. If you have done this step, then you can skip step 1 and go to step 2 straightly. Or you have to follow the instructions to backup your BlackBerry first.
